Request A Box of CDS

Thanks for helping me get the word out. I will send an email once I have packaged and mailed them out to you. Once you run out, do not be shy about asking for more. I would like to get cds out every week if possible. I have plenty and can make more if needed. Please fill the information in below and I will get to work. I am looking to get as many people doing this as possible, so if you know of other people that would be willing to help let me know, or have them get in touch with me. Make sure you specify which mix you would like me to send out, or let me know which set would go over best in your town.
